At Briarwood Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
