Most furniture and large home decor items are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 business days via our specialized freight partners.
Do you offer international shipping for home accessories?
Currently, Briarwood Supplies ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for textiles and rugs?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused textiles and rugs in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and items must be free of pet hair and odors.
Are your wooden products sourced sustainably?
Yes, sustainability is at our core. All Briarwood Supplies timber products are crafted from FSC-certified wood or reclaimed materials to ensure minimal environmental impact.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and may be subject to our standard return policy.
